I had the fantastic opportunity to work briefly in New York in 1996; before the world changed forever!
During that time, I took more than 100 shots. Some of the most obvious landmarks and some not so. This is a selection of my favourites from that trip.
These images have been made from the original physical prints, back lit on a bright light table, then re-photographed and edited. This process, lights up the image through the print itself and gives a lovely retro Ektachrome vibe giving more detail in the shadows. You can also see the texture of the original photographic paper in the highlights.
